The first phase staff training successfully organized

To enhance employees’ comprehensive understanding of CECDADI’s business, job responsibilities, operating procedures and technical skills, and to help employees integrate into company as soon as possible and promote team collaboration, CECDADI plans to systematically organize staff training in the near future. The first phase of staff training was carried out at 8/28 in Beijing. President Hu Qing made anopening speech in the training session, Chief Administrative Officer Chai Xinli, Chief Financial Officer Zhang Xiaochun, and Vice Chief Engineer Yu Xiaodong offered related training to the staff.

President Hu Qing pointed out that contaminated site and groundwater remediation was an emerging business in the field of environmental protection, and it was a valuable opportunity to participate in the development of this business. As a company that values technical innovation, personnel training and teamwork, CECDADI will become the leader of this industry. CECDADI's mission is important and the prospect is bright, but all employees are required to make preparations for fighting a protracted warand start small to harvest experience and create career achievements at work.

Chief Administrative Officer Chai Xinli introduced CECDADI's basic situation, strategic planning, regulatory framework and explained general business etiquette in detail.

Chief Financial Officer Zhang Xiaochun introduced the financial regulations, such as the standards of writing financial documents and approval process.

Vice Chief Engineer Yu Xiaodong delivered two lectures: “The management framework, procedure and case study of contaminated site in BC, Canada” and “Site conceptual model and remediation plan”. She summarized the experience on contaminated site and groundwater remediation in Canada, and introduced the relationship between site conceptual model and remediation plan.

The three trainings combined theory with practical cases, and the content was comprehensive as well as easy to understand, which won the praise of participating employees.

Chief Administrative Officer Chai Xinli made a summary in the end. She hoped that all staff would harvest on aspects of IQ, EQ, professional skills and professional quality through series of trainings. She also hoped that all staff could adhere to the spirit of enterprise “integrity, dedication, professional, striving” and the corporate culture “Think Big, Start Small, Move Fast”, so that individuals and company could make progress in common.
