On July 30th, 2013, Ms. Shi Xiaojuan, Director of Drinking Water Sources Protection Division of MEP visited the CECDADI Environmental Remediation Company. President Hu Qing and general manager Zhang Wenhui attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Ms. Shi firstly introduced the industry policies and technology guidelines and analyzed the market demands in the environmental remediation field.
President Hu Qing gave a presentation on R&D abilities and project experience of CECDADI, and also talked about the situation of the Contaminated Site and Groundwater Remediation Engineering Centre which was currently under construction. General manager Zhang Wenhui and vice general manager Tang yi introduced separately the background, remediation plan and result of contaminated site and groundwater remediation project, then they also gave some suggestions such as setting up relevant standards of the industry, organizing experts of the field and enhancing education of the public.
Director Shi was highly satisfied with the result of the meeting and expressed that the problems of contaminated site investigation and remediation projects would be paid attention to and deeply considered.
Some staff of the Drinking Water Sources Protection Division, Chinese Academe of Environmental Planning and Chinese Research Academe of Environmental Sciences (CRAES) also participated in the visitation.
